Working through award-winning, FCRA-compliant implementation partners.
THE APPROACH
Lasting change happens when families, educators, communities, nonprofit partners, mentors, employers, volunteers, and donors work toward a common goal. The power of the collective lies in this shared commitment—creating an ecosystem where every learner has the guidance, encouragement, and opportunity to realize their potential.
Our work is guided by four principles.
Nurturing intellectual, emotional, social, and practical growth—not academic performance alone.
Providing continuity through the education and career stages that influence long-term outcomes.
Tracking progress, learning from data, and improving impact over time.
Working through schools, educators, and trusted FCRA-compliant nonprofits.
So you know how support is used and what it makes possible.
Each learner is assessed at onboarding to establish a clear starting point across education, skills, well-being, and transition needs.
A tailored plan is created around the learner's circumstances, goals, and the guidance and resources needed at each stage.
Academic progress, participation, emerging risks, and mentor feedback are reviewed every quarter.
Donors receive meaningful updates on learner progress, milestones, and how contributions are used, subject to consent and safeguarding requirements.
Learners are followed from Grade 11 through graduation, further education, training, and early career transitions.
Program outcomes, learner progress, and the use of contributions are consolidated and shared through annual impact reporting.
sDream follows a clear, accountable model that connects donor contributions
with our program delivered through trusted nonprofit partners in India.
Eligible donations are tax-deductible for US taxpayers.
Funds are transferred through nonprofit partners authorized to receive international charitable contributions.
Progress and outcomes are tracked and shared through regular reporting.
Every contribution is managed through defined governance and financial processes.
